1. Company information

The website gabrieldev.eu is operated by BLOOMERI BRAND SRL, tax ID (CUI) 45845765, Trade Register no. J2022005504408, registered office at Bulevardul Nicolae Iorga nr. 7B, bl. 2. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of the website and to quote requests sent through it. The projects themselves (websites, online stores, applications, games, SEO, maintenance) are carried out on the basis of a written quote and a contract signed with each client. If there are differences, the contract takes precedence over these terms.

3. Services, quotes and prices

• Prices shown on the website (“from …”) are indicative. The final price, delivery time and what is included appear in the written quote, which is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Domain, hosting, third-party licences, app store fees (Apple, Google) and advertising budgets are not included in the price unless the quote says otherwise.
• BLOOMERI BRAND SRL is not registered for VAT, so the prices in our quotes do not include VAT.
• The free consultation booked on the website does not commit you to anything.

4. Payment

We usually work with an advance payment at the start of the project and payment of the balance on delivery or in stages, according to the contract. Payment is made by bank transfer or online, with an invoice issued by BLOOMERI BRAND SRL.

5. Client obligations

The client provides the texts, images, access details and information needed on time, and guarantees that they have the right to use the materials they send (logo, photos, texts). Delays in providing materials extend the delivery deadlines.

6. Delivery, acceptance and warranty

• The work is delivered on a test environment, where the client reviews it and requests adjustments within the scope of the quote.
• After launch we provide free support for fixing bugs (usually 30 days; 60 days for applications), according to the quote.
• New changes that were not part of the quote are estimated and invoiced separately or covered by the maintenance plan.

7. Intellectual property

• The content of this website (texts, images, design, code) belongs to BLOOMERI BRAND SRL and may not be copied without written consent.
• For delivered projects, the rights to the code and design created specifically for the client are transferred to the client after full payment, unless the contract provides otherwise. Open-source libraries and third-party components remain under their own licences.
• We may present the project in our portfolio (screenshots and description, without confidential data), unless the client asks otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

We take every care to ensure the website and projects work correctly. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers (hosting, payments, external services), by changes made by other people or by force majeure. Our liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

9. For consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are an individual and we conclude the contract at a distance, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. If you expressly ask us to start work before the 14 days expire, you pay for the part of the service performed up to the withdrawal. Once the service has been fully performed with your express consent, the right of withdrawal is lost. To withdraw, write to contact@gabrieldev.eu.

10. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, write to contact@gabrieldev.eu. We try to resolve everything amicably within 15 working days. Consumers can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), including through the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL).

11. Personal data and cookies

How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are settled by the competent courts in Romania, without affecting consumers’ right to bring a claim before the court of their place of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and contracts already signed remain under their own terms.
